We have children and grandchildren ourselves and do not undertake any treatment or use any insecticides that we would not be happy to use in our own or family’s homes.
As above once dry the manufacturers state that the insecticides will be safe. We personally however would recommend that the child is placed on a blanket for 24 hours after treatment.
As mentioned before the property needs to be dry prior to you re-entering. Under normal circumstances in a reasonably heated property this should be within 4 to 6 hours.
Yes. The only answer to this is, yes, But in 99% of all cases you will be able to re-enter and use your house as normal the same day
It is vitally important that the floors are not vacuumed or cleaned for at least 21 days after treatment. There is no problem however sweeping or spot cleaning areas within the 21 days.
Any treatment suggesting vacuuming soon after treatment will weaken the effect of the insecticides and therefore make the need for further treatment more likely.
We take both your and our own safety seriously. We however are spraying these insecticides regularly and follow the manufacturers advice ( to use a mask ) when spraying.
You are almost certainly more at risk using many over the counter aerosol based insecticides applied without taking precautions than you are from a professional undertaking treatment following safety guidelines as we are taught during our training.
